About me!
Over the past nearly four years of dedicated strength training, I have personally experienced how profoundly exercise can improve both physical and mental well-being. Through consistent training, I have lost excess weight, overcome symptoms of exhaustion, and built a stronger, more functional body. My strength has increased, my mobility has improved throughout my entire body, and my previously elevated blood pressure has returned to a healthy, normal level. I have more energy than ever before, and I truly enjoy challenging myself and feeling strong.
Why did I become a Personal Trainer?
I am passionate about inspiring and helping others discover the joy of exercise, as well as the strength, well-being, and vitality that an active lifestyle can bring. I also want to support people in taking a closer look at their eating habits and making small but meaningful changes toward a healthier lifestyle. From my own experience, I know that taking the first step can often feel like the hardest part.
I decided to deepen my knowledge of fitness and coaching through professional education so that I can provide safe, evidence-based, and personalized guidance. Whether you’re looking to incorporate more exercise and healthier habits into your daily life but aren’t sure where to begin, or you’re already active and seeking fresh perspectives, extra motivation, or expert coaching to continue progressing, I’m here to support you.
I have completed an internationally licensed Personal Trainer certification at EQF Level 4 through Intensive PT Education Finland.
